MY APPROACH

My approach is collaborative and rooted in research-backed methods that support lasting change.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), ISF practices, mindfulness-based strategies, and cognitive therapy.

This approach allows us to explore how old patterns and survival strategies continue to shape your present-day experiences, while staying grounded in real-time events.

The goal isn't to overanalyze but to understand what's underneath, working with emotions and the nervous system to foster deepened self-awareness, improved emotional well-being, and healthier, more rewarding relationships.

I specialize in helping my clients navigate their healing journey through an integrative framework. I specialize in trauma and PTSD treatment, continually working with individuals in trauma healing, as well as those struggling with anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and stress.

I'm here to help you get to the root of the problem and uncover the deeper issues beneath the surface that is keeping you stuck, often stemming from painful past experiences, strong emotions, or deeply held beliefs. My mission is to guide you toward reclaiming your sense of self and stepping into your most authentic life.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I'm not here to just listen; I'll be actively engaged, giving you kind and honest feedback. And while therapy can dive into some heavy stuff, we can have a good laugh or two along the way.
