Wanting more—but lost
on how to get there?

Do you feel stuck? Lost? Overwhelmed? Difficult times are part of being human yet many people struggle to find a starting point for a new fulfilling life. With the right support, these moments can become the beginning of meaningful and lasting change. As a therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), my goal is to help you heal from the trauma and build tools you need to grow, reconnect and thrive.

If this sounds like you:

  • Struggling with the weight of trauma in daily life
  • Stuck in a cycle of overwhelming emotions
  • Battling with self-doubt or feelings of not being "good enough"
  • Experiencing physical symptoms related to stress or emotional pain

  • Navigating uncertainty or major life transitions

It's time to create change that feels meaningful, supportive and sustainable. Through a compassionate holistic approach, I help clients cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of fulfillment in their lives.

MY APPROACH

My work is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods designed to support meaningful, lasting change in your life.

I integrate psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) Internal Family System informed strategies, mindfulness-based practices, and cognitive therapy to meet each client's unique needs.

This integrative approach helps us explore how early experiences and protective patterns continue to shape your present-day life, while remaining connected to what is happening in the here and now.

Our focus is on understanding what lies beneath the surface- working with emotions and the nervous system to deepen self-awareness, enhance emotional well-being, and support healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Hi, I'm Silvia! I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment and begin to clarify what you really want from your life and relationships.

Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I help clients process trauma and PTSD while addressing anxiety, depression, mood changes, relationship conflicts, and ongoing stress. Together, we can move beyond surface-level concerns to gently explore deeper patterns shaped by past experiences, powerful emotions, or long-held beliefs. My mission is to guide you toward reclaiming your sense of self and stepping into your most authentic life.

My style is warm, collaborative and engaged. I offer thoughtful, honest feedback, while making room for lightness, humor, and genuine connection. I take great pride in my clients' growth and would be honored to support you. If you are ready, schedule a free consultation, and let's explore how we can work together.
